Project Description
Our company is rapidly growing and now we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a Life Science / Pharma R&D focus to join our team of professionals. For this role you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant business analyst or scientific role within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.

Responsibilities:
** Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
** Translate Scientific and Business Process needs into technical specifications
** Act as a bridge between a customer and the MIGx technical team
** Analyze and model complex process/data flows to support pharmaceutical R&D initiatives
** Support systems implementation, integration, qualification, and validation efforts
** Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
** Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights on digital transformation in life sciences.
** Lead workshops, gap analyses, and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements - Must have:
** Strong understanding of drug development lifecycle, clinical trials, regulatory requirements (e.g., GxP, FDA, EMA)
** Experience with clinical study protocols
** Familiarity with biostatistics, bioinformatics, clinical data, research data, RWD or lab informatics is a plus
** Experience with data modeling, requirements engineering, and process mapping
** Familiarity with Pharma R&D systems (e.g., CDMS, CTMS, PV, RIM, LIMS, ELN, or eTMF systems)
** Knowledge of data standards (e.g., CDISC, HL7, IDMP) and data governance
Requirements - Nice to have:
** Experience with knowledge management
** Understanding of "Data as a Product" principles
** Experience with Data Mesh, graph databases, and ontology development to support next-gen data architectures
** Experience with data-focused solutions in the cloud e.g. Azure: Synapse, Databricks
** Proficiency in tools like JIRA/ADO, Confluence, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau
** Data modeling skills: Relational, Dimensional, Graph
Seniority Level: 5-7 years
Languages: English: B2+
