Batumi Airport LLC, a managing company of Batumi International Airport and a member of ADP Group, is pleased to announce a vacancy for an HR Officer.
Main Duties:
** Prepare and register all documents required for employee mobilization and dismissal.
** Ensure the registration and updating of employee personal information in the database.
** Issue and register personnel leaves.
** Participate in the planning process of personnel selection.
** Assist in the interviewing and testing of candidates, including the registration of results.
** Help organize regular staff training sessions.
Main Requirements:
** University degree.
** Work experience in the HR field.
** Excellent knowledge of English.
** Proficiency in MS Office and general computer literacy.
** Strong sense of responsibility and analytical skills.
** Punctuality, motivation, flexibility, and attention to detail.
** Ability to work under pressure in a multitasking environment.
** Strong time-management skills; self-organized and result-oriented personality.
** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; experience in customer relations is a plus.
** Willingness to learn and take on new tasks; open to new experiences and innovations.
Main Terms and Benefits:
** Working schedule - full time, 5 days a week, 8 hour working day
** Salary - negotiable, depending on experience, qualification, skills and motivation
