Tegeta Holding is looking for a motivated and results-driven Product Owner for our Leasing division — someone who will not only manage our digital leasing product but also take ownership of its business impact and growth potential. If you`re passionate about building products that make a real difference and enjoy working at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience, we`d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
** Define the product vision and development strategy for the leasing product
** Research user needs and translate them into functional requirements
** Manage the product backlog and set priorities
** Coordinate with technical and creative teams (UX/UI, Development, QA, Marketing, etc.)
** Ensure business interests are represented throughout the development process
** Conduct market and competitive landscape analysis
** Take responsibility for product KPIs and monitor performance
** Facilitate Agile / Scrum processes
Requirements:
** 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role
** Proven experience working on digital products (websites, apps, SaaS, etc.)
** Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies
** Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
** User-centric mindset and problem-solving abilities
** Strong focus on business goals and value creation
Nice to Have:
** Experience with market research or conducting user interviews
** Ability to work effectively with technical teams (API, integrations, system architecture)
** Collaboration experience with UX/UI teams
** Understanding of product economics and KPIs
