WeCharge is a Georgian technology company launching soon, offering innovative power bank sharing solutions across Georgia and internationally.

Our mission is to provide seamless, accessible, and convenient mobile charging for people on the go. As we expand our network globally, we are looking for a dynamic Sales and Partnership Manager to lead venue partnerships and drive revenue growth, contributing to our success.

Key responsibilites:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

** Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand venue partnerships and drive revenue growth.
** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company goals and objectives.
** Leverage data insights to optimize sales approaches, monitor performance, and adjust tactics to meet targets.
** Provide ongoing support and proactive engagement to existing partners to ensure long-term collaboration and satisfaction.

Venue Prospecting & Market Research:

** Conduct market research to identify high-potential venues for station placements.
** Ensure alignment with WeCharge`s target audience and strategic expansion goals.
** Analyze market trends, B2B customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify optimal locations.
** Maintain regular communication with existing venues to gather feedback and identify opportunities for service upgrades or expansion.

Sales Presentations & Relationship Management:

** Lead compelling presentations and meetings with potential venue partners to demonstrate WeCharge`s value proposition.
** Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, ensuring accurate CRM tracking and usage of SaaS-based sales tools.
** Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with venue partners, ensuring consistent follow-up and high attention to detail.
** Provide ongoing support to venue managers, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
** Regularly check in with venues to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues quickly.
Logistics & Coordination
** Personally transport and install small-sized charging stations (20 cm height × 20 cm width, approx. 4 kg) at venue locations.
** Provide timely updates to management regarding venue placement progress, challenges encountered, and partner feedback.

Qualifications:

** Bachelor`s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
** 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in tech or B2B sectors.
** Fluent in English with strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
** Familiar with CRM systems, SaaS platforms, and sales tools for tracking, reporting, and optimizing sales activities.
** Must own a personal vehicle suitable for transporting small-sizedstations; car rental and fuel costs will be covered by the company.

Number of Positions: 2

Conditions:

** Workplace: Tbilisi, Kamani Street #1 (Saburtalo)
** Type: Full-Time
** Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday
** Salary: Monthly compensation includes a fixed base and a sales target component. The total monthly
amount will range from 2, 500 to 3, 000 GEL (net), depending on individual performance.
** Additional Bonus: Additional bonuses, beyond the above-mentioned monthly range, will be awarded for exceeding sales targets.
** Car Rental & Fuel: Monthly car rental fees and fuel costs will be covered by the company.
** Career Growth Opportunity - We offer our staff the opportunity to relocate to another country with the same or a higher position within 8 months.
