We are a Georgia-based outsourcing company providing virtual support services to locksmith businesses in the U.S. We`re expanding our team and looking for a Customer Service Representative to join us in our Tbilisi office.
Location: On-site (Saburtalo, Tbilisi)
Work Schedule: Full-time/Part-Time
Available Shifts:
** 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
** 7:00 PM - 3:00 AM
** 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Note: All team members must be available to work at least two night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM) per week
Salary: $3.00 - $4.00 per hour (net, after tax), based on experience and performance
Responsibilities:
** Answer and handle calls from U.S.-based customers
** Assist with scheduling, job updates, and service inquiries
** Maintain polite, professional, and efficient communication
** Enter and update information in customer management systems
Requirements:
** English proficiency is required (both spoken and written)
** Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory
** Basic computer skills and attention to detail
** Positive attitude and ability to handle calls under pressure
** Willingness to work night shifts when scheduled
