European-Owned Law Firm Georgia Business and Residential Law is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Lawyer (Remote - Based in Tbilisi, Georgia)
We are hiring a full-time lawyer to join our international legal team. This is a demanding position with real responsibility from day one, focused on solving practical legal matters for international clients. You will work in a dynamic, performance-oriented environment where quality, responsibility, and personal development are essential.
We are a European-owned law firm that works extensively with foreign clients, investors, and businesses in Georgia and abroad. Our standards reflect the expectations of our international clientele, and we are looking for a hardworking, career-oriented lawyer who is ready to meet those standards and grow beyond the local norm.
Salary: 4000 GEL/month

** You must be completely flexible in all aspects of your life, and able to adjust your schedule—including evenings or weekends—if the situation requires it. We expect no other professional, educational, or personal commitments that could interfere with your work availability or focus.
** This role includes working directly with international clients and companies, and requires the ability to handle complex matters independently and professionally.
Requirements:
** Bachelor or Master of Laws, fully completed
** Fluent in Georgian and English (spoken and written); Russian is a strong advantage
** Valid passport - due to possible international travel for client meetings or training abroad
** Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to full transparency
** Excellent self-management, critical thinking, and initiative
** High professional and ethical standards
** Absolutely no other commitments (educational, business, or otherwise)
** A mindset focused on personal growth, responsibility, and adaptability
** Readiness to work in a European-standard legal environment and grow into a lawyer who can meet minimum EU professional expectations (internal training provided)
Your responsibilities will include:
** Drafting and reviewing contracts, legal opinions, and corporate documents
** Advising and assisting international private and business clients
** Taking full responsibility for files and delivering results independently
** Managing communication with Georgian and foreign authorities, institutions, and counterparties
** Participating in training aimed at helping you become a fully independent legal professional
