This time, Tegeta Cars is announcing a vacancy for the position of Head of Sales and Operations
If you believe you are capable of:
** Overseeing the strategic development of the company`s sales and operations and actively contributing to the optimization of internal processes;
** Forming the commercial strategy and ensuring its implementation;
** Focusing on brand positioning and development based on customer needs;
** Monitoring the execution of the financial plan — including revenue, gross margin, and key KPIs;
** Ensuring adherence to operational and visual standards across the dealership network;
** Regularly assessing the customer journey and supporting improvement initiatives;
** Participating in digital transformation processes within the sales and operations function;
** Supporting the planning and implementation of brand-related training programs;
** Developing goal-oriented KPIs and motivation systems for the team;
** Participating in key decision-making alongside management and contributing to the company`s strategic growth.
If you meet our qualification requirements:
** Higher education in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field;
** At least 5 years of experience in sales and operations in a managerial role;
** Proven experience in managing strategic and operational processes;
** Experience working with CRM systems or digital transformation projects;
** Knowledge of English and Russian languages.
