A fast-growing international company is looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to ensure smooth day-to-day operations at our Tbilisi office.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating a well-functioning, pleasant work environment and is eager to contribute to the overall efficiency of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

** Oversee the day-to-day office operations to ensure a clean, organized, and fully functional workspace
** Manage office procurement processes with Procurement Specialist — including supplies, equipment, refreshments, and other operational items
** Act as the main liaison with vendors, couriers, landlords, and service providers to ensure smooth delivery of office services
** Welcome and coordinate visits from guests, expat employees, and business partners
** Coordinate logistics and transportation for employees working night shifts, ensuring their safe commute
** Provide administrative support to internal teams, including travel arrangements (flight bookings, hotel reservations), calendar coordination, and meeting setup
** Assist with onboarding processes and general support for expat staff (e.g., housing, orientation, local guidance)
** Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and Operations teams to support cross-functional initiatives
** Proactively identify areas for improvement in office management and suggest solutions

Requirements:

** Proven experience in office coordination, administrative support, or executive assistance roles
** Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a hands-on and solution-oriented approach
** Excellent communication skills in both Georgian and English — verbal and written
** Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
** Experience coordinating with expat employees and supporting their relocation or work needs
** Responsibility for organizing transportation for night shift staff is a strong advantage
** Familiarity with office procurement procedures, vendor negotiation, and budget tracking
** Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
** Positive, proactive, and approachable personality with strong interpersonal skills
