CRM is at the heart of our user engagement strategy — and we`re looking for a Senior CRM Specialist who`s ready to drive it forward.
Your Mission
As a Senior CRM Specialist, you`ll take ownership of CRM initiatives across the full customer lifecycle. You`ll design and implement multi-channel campaigns, build automated journeys, and deliver personalized player experiences. You`ll collaborate closely with product, data, and content teams to ensure measurable impact on engagement, retention, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
** Plan, launch, and optimize CRM campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels.
** Build automated lifecycle journeys to drive activation, engagement, reactivation, and loyalty.
** Segment user base based on behavior, value, and preferences using CRM tools.
** Lead A/B tests and experimentation to improve campaign performance and retention metrics.
** Monitor KPIs and report campaign results with clear insights and action plans.
** Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to align messaging and campaigns.
** Suggest improvements to CRM processes and tools based on performance and user feedback.
Requirements:
** 2+ years of hands-on CRM experience in iGaming, e-commerce, mobile apps or digital entertainment.
** Proficiency with CRM platforms and marketing automation.
** Strong understanding of customer segmentation, LTV, and retention mechanics.
** Ability to work with A/B testing tools and interpret results confidently.
** Experience working with campaign analytics; ability to extract insights from data.
** Basic HTML/CSS skills for email layout customization (a plus).
** SQL or experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI) is an advantage.
** Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must.
