Truly Nolen of Georgia is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Pest Control Technician.
Department: Operations / Field Services
Reports To: Branch Manager / Service Manager
Location: Tbilisi, Georgia
Job Summary:
As a Pest Control Technician at Truly Nolen, he will be on the front line of our mission to protect homes and businesses from unwanted pests. He will be responsible for inspecting properties, identifying pest problems, applying treatment solutions, and building long-term relationships with customers. He`ll work independently in the field and represent the Truly Nolen brand with professionalism and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
** Conduct thorough inspections of properties to assess pest infestations and risk areas.
** Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on customer needs and industry best practices.
** Apply pest control products safely and effectively in accordance with state regulations and company guidelines.
** Educate customers on pest prevention and offer recommendations for ongoing protection.
** Maintain accurate service records, customer communications, and documentation using mobile devices or paper forms.
** Operate and maintain service vehicle, equipment, and tools in safe working condition.
** To follow all company safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
** Provide excellent customer service and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
** Support sales efforts by identifying additional service opportunities.
Qualifications:
** High school or vocational education;
** Knowledge of safety rules and regulations or the ability to learn them quickly.
** Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.
Working conditions:
** Working location: Tbilisi, Akaki Beliashvili Street
** Working hours: 40 hours a week
