Job Description:
Saint George`s International School is looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Computer Technology Teacher to join our American High School Diploma Program. The ideal candidate will deliver instruction in digital literacy and applied technology skills aligned with U.S.-based educational frameworks.
Education and Certification:
** Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
** Valid teaching certification/license in Technology or Computer Science (preferred)
** English Proficiency: Minimum B2 level, preferably C1
Experience:
** Experience teaching computer science, information technology, or digital tools at the secondary level
** Experience with project-based learning and student-led technology projects is an advantage
Knowledge and Skills:
** Proficiency in digital tools, platforms, and coding environments
** Ability to teach both technical skills and responsible digital behavior
** Skilled in integrating technology into cross-curricular contexts
** Knowledge of current trends in EdTech and future-ready skills
Professional Responsibilities:
** Develop and deliver engaging lessons aligned with school standards
** Guide students in developing real-world digital and technical competencies
** Foster creativity and collaboration through technology projects
** Support students` growth in responsible and ethical technology use
** Communicate effectively with students, families, and staff
