Why We Need You:
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you`ll play a critical role in enabling agile, secure, and automated infrastructure delivery across global cloud-native workloads, primarily running on Azure. Your focus will be on designing resilient CI/CD pipelines, optimizing Kubernetes-based deployments, and integrating observability and performance tools.
You`ll work closely with SRE, Application, Network, and Security Engineering teams to ensure scalable, secure, and cost-efficient delivery systems in development, staging, and production environments.
What You`ll Be Doing:
** Design, document, and maintain CI/CD infrastructure supporting canary deployments, blue/green strategies, and infrastructure-as-code best practices
** Automate and manage Kubernetes (AKS) workloads using Helm, Kustomize, and GitOps tools like ArgoCD
** Implement secure, scalable, and cost-optimized container deployments
** Set up centralized logging and monitoring pipelines (Graylog, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, App Insights, Robusta)
** Manage config and secrets, establish cluster backup and recovery procedures (e.g., Velero)
** Integrate cloud-native components such as RabbitMQ, Redis Clusters, and MinIO
** Conduct performance/load testing with JMeter, Taurus, and optimize for high-volume B2B workloads
** Provide escalation support for complex CI/CD or infrastructure incidents
** Contribute to DevOps documentation, internal standards, and knowledge sharing
What You Bring to the Team:
** 5-8+ years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure engineering in cloud-native environments
** Hands-on experience with CI/CD orchestration via GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Bitrise, Azure DevOps
** Proficiency in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Helm-based deployments, and container lifecycle management
** Strong Infrastructure-as-Code skills (Terraform, Bicep) and GitOps pipelines
** Expertise in observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Graylog, App Insights)
** Knowledge of secure infrastructure principles: VNETs, WAFs, private endpoints, SSL, secrets
** Experience maintaining critical, high-availability infrastructure
Preferred Skills:
** GitOps workflows using ArgoCD
** Advanced CI/CD techniques: multi-environment pipelines, templating, gating
** Deep understanding of artifact management, image versioning, secure delivery
** Autoscaling design and resource allocation strategies for Kubernetes
** Experience with complex release strategies: blue/green, canary, feature flags
** Background in cost-optimized infrastructure planning and resource rightsizing
