We are currently searching for a friendly and enthusiastic Business Development Manager for Caucasus region to join our team in Tbilisi, Georgia. As distributor of solar inverters, battery storage systems and charging stations for electric vehicles in Scandinavia, Central, Eastern Europe, Caucasus and Central Asia, we need someone with at least two years experience in a similar role.

As our Business Development Manager, your main responsibilities will be to achieve revenue targets and organizational objectives, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales operations, and building and maintaing relationships with customers to drive business growth, finding new market opportunities, and collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment between sales activities and overall business goals.

You should be:

** polite
** proactive
** friendly
** open
** quick learner
** able to communicate effectively in English (min. B2 level) and Russian (min. B2 level)

** Additionally, proficiency in MS Office 365, excellent English (min B2), a positive attitude towards customers and a valid driving license (group B) are required.
** We also require at least 2-3 year of experience in a similiar role.
