Max Build Services Ltd is a UK-based recruitment agency specializing in supplying workers to construction companies across the UK. Our Tbilisi branch is expanding and we`re looking for motivated full-time staff to join our growing team.
Available Positions:
1. Lead Recruitment Executive
Salary: 2200 GEL + Commission
Responsibilities:
** Handle UK client communication
** Close recruitment deals
** Oversee full worker placement process
Requirements:
** Strong experience in recruitment, HR, or sales
** Fluent English (spoken and written)
** Confident and independent decision-making
2. Client Engagement Officer
Salary: 1600 GEL + Commission
Responsibilities:
** Manage relationships with UK clients
** Support candidate matching and onboarding
Requirements:
** Experience in customer service, admin, or sales
** Good communication skills in English
** Organizational and follow-up ability
3. Call & Applicant Screening Agent
Salary: 1200 GEL + Commission
Responsibilities:
** Make outbound calls to screen applicants
** Identify suitable candidates and forward them
Requirements:
** Strong verbal communication
** Fast learner, energetic
** English language and computer skills
No prior experience required — we provide training
Job Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (1-hour break included)
Important Note: We do not accept university students. All roles require full-time availability and commitment.
Location: Near Technical University Metro Station, Tbilisi
