We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support. We offer:
** Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM Central Time
** Compensation: $500 Fixed + Bonus for Closed Sales (Monthly Compensation: $1200 - $1500+)
Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and organized Remote Sales Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role focuses on selling air conditioners and water heaters in Oklahoma. You will be responsible for making cold calls to a database of potential customers, setting up free estimates, and following up after the free estimate visits to close sales.
Key Responsibilities:
** Conduct cold calls to potential customers in Oklahoma from a provided database.
** Schedule free estimates for air conditioners and water heaters installations.
** Follow up with customers after the free estimate visit to close sales.
** Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and sales outcomes.
** Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team success.
Required Skills and Experience:
** Prior successful sales experience B2C on the US market, especially in cold calling, is required.
** Soft accent in English
** Excellent communication skills and ability to engage customers over the phone.
** Strong follow-up skills to convert estimates into closed sales.
** Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to exceed sales targets.
** Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
** Knowledge or interest in air conditioners and water heaters is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
** Competitive fixed compensation of $500 per month.
** Bonus structure for every closed sale.
** Monthly compensation ranging from $1200 to $1500+ based on sales performance.
