We Are Hiring: Store Manager for a Footwear and Accessories Store.
Work Schedule: Full-time - 40 hours per week / 2 days off
Salary: Fixed salary of 1300 GEL + bonus based on personal and team sales performance.
More will be provided for knowledge of more than one language
Key Responsibilities:
** Oversee and manage the sales team to ensure daily sales targets are met
** Coordinate day-to-day operations and maintain high customer service standards
** Present the brand to customers and provide product consultations
** Manage stock levels and inventory processes
** Handle sales operations in the POS system and prepare relevant reports
** Train and support staff in their professional development
Training Period: 1 week
