Main Responsibilities:
** Represent the bank in court, the National Bureau of Enforcement, or arbitration (prepare cases for court/arbitration/enforcement proceedings);
** Develop dispute resolution strategies and manage litigation/arbitration/enforcement cases;
** Draft claims, responses, motions, and other legal documents; protect the bank`s interests during the enforcement process;
** Share the latest court practices and ensure their integration into the bank`s business processes;
Qualifications:
** Education: Bachelor`s degree in law; Member of the Georgian Bar Association (with General or Civil Law specialization).
** Work Experience: Experience as a litigation lawyer within a banking or financial institution.
** Languages: Fluent in Georgian; minimum B2 level in English.
Technical Knowledge and Skills:
** Knowledge of disputes related to banking and financial products;
** Good understanding of current legislation;
** Strong legal writing skills;
** Ability to identify risks related to litigation and develop solutions;
** Ability to prepare litigation strategies both in advance and during proceedings;
** Ability to independently and effectively manage litigation cases.
