MTG represents Metro Trans Logistics LLC in Georgia, delivering expedited transportation services across the United States and Canada. Since 2017, we have built a large-scale network of carriers and partners. As we continue to grow, we are strengthening our internal processes and driver support functions.
Role Summary:
We are looking for a Communications Manager to oversee and enhance communication between the company and our internal driver network. The ideal candidate will take charge of driver engagement, customer service feedback loops, and internal communication systems to support operational efficiency and driver satisfaction.
Working hours: 4:00PM-1:00AM (Tbilisi time) Monday-Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
** Maintain consistent communication with company drivers, responding to inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
** Develop and implement strategies to improve driver engagement and satisfaction.
** Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to assess service quality and driver experience.
** Collaborate with all the departments to improve internal processes and communication flow.
** Identify communication gaps and propose actionable improvements.
** Prepare reports and updates on driver feedback, communication trends, and service performance.
** Assist in drafting internal policies, bulletins, and updates for the driver team.
Requirements:
** Prior experience in communications, customer service, or operations.
** Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
** Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with a distributed team.
** Detail-oriented and highly organized.
** Comfortable working with survey tools, messaging platforms, and internal communication systems.
** Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
