We are looking for an energetic, solution-oriented, and communicative Live Chat Support Agent to provide 24/7 support to our players for our betting brand in the Turkish market. This position is responsible for promptly and effectively responding to user inquiries, guiding them on sensitive issues such as deposits and withdrawals, and maintaining a high level of player satisfaction.

Qualifications:
** Preferably 1-2 years of experience in the online betting/casino industry
** Ability to type quickly and handle multiple customer chats simultaneously
** Responsible, patient, and detail-oriented
** Fast learner when it comes to bonus rules, deposit methods, and site operations
** Flexible availability for different shifts is a plus
** English proficiency is an advantage
Duties and Responsibilities:
** Respond instantly to incoming user messages via the live chat panel
** Inform users about accounts, deposits, withdrawals, promotions, and bonus rules
** Direct user complaints to the appropriate departments and follow up
** Provide information about on-site promotions and forward requests appropriately
** Maintain the brand image by using a professional, polite, and patient tone
** Have a basic understanding of casino games and betting systems
