Since September 2023, Mercy Corps has been implementing a 3-year program titled `Safe Online: Promoting Safety and Empowering Women in the Digital Economy`, that operates in targeted areas of Georgia and Armenia to advance inclusive economic growth through democratizing digital transformation and online safety for women in business. In Georgia, the program works with the Center for Strategy and Development (CSD), and in Armenia with Impact Innovation Institute`s Initiatives Foundation (IMINI).

In the framework of the Safe Online Program, the Center for Strategy and Development (CSD) aims to foster strong multi-stakeholder engagement and establish a shared understanding of how digital exclusion and online violence impact access to and safety in the digital economy.

Terms of Reference: Providing a psychosocial service for the `Safe Online` project participants

The Objective of the Assignment:

In an open competition format, CSD seeks a consultant/organization to develop a psychosocial assistance toolkit for the project beneficiaries - business-owner people, primarily women, of small and medium-sized enterprises, and to conduct up to 3 online sessions for the target audience. Hence, the assistance includes the creation of the psychosocial toolkit and leading of group sessions.

Eligibility and Qualifications:

Consultants with a high education, equivalent to at least a Master`s degree in Psychology, or other relevant related fields;
Consultants or organizations/companies with demonstrated practical experience in the field of psychology, online violence, and knowledge in creating psychosocial assistance guides;
Prior experience in working with groups and leading psychological sessions focused on people with experience of online violence;
Ability to incorporate innovative and creative approaches to ensure the engagement of participants and ensure effective learning outcomes;

Understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by small and medium business owners, particularly those led by women;

Deliverables:

** A psychosocial toolkit of up to 20 pages for the business-owners (particularly women) of small and medium-sized enterprises in Georgia;
** 3 online group sessions with the target audience facilitated by the CSD.

How to Apply:

Interested applicants must submit the following documents/information to demonstrate their qualifications:

1. Cover letter with a description of relevant previous experience and a proposed methodology for A. psychosocial toolkit and B. Conducting group sessions` assignment (the cover letter must not exceed three pages);
2. Financial proposal (lumpsum) in GEL, specifying the requested amount for full service; and
3. CV (s) with two references within the past 3 years.
