Brand new Novotel Tbilisi Center hotel (member of Accor S.A.) is inviting to its team experienced Front Office Manager.
Core duties and responsibilities:
** Supervise and manage the work of reception and accommodation employees, evaluate the quality of their work and give instructions according to the results
** Monitoring reservations and other processes (in the Opera program)
** Train department associates, make sure all Accor standards are in place
** Registration of guests, processing payment transactions according to hotel procedures
** Constantly presentable and positive attitude towards customers, helping them and introducing them to hotel personnel as needed
** Active communication with customers through the hotel website and platforms
** Good knowledge of hotel procedures and standards
** Timely response, processing and resolution of guest requests and complaints
** Active communication with other hotel departments such as housekeeping, technical and restaurant departments, to better operate the hotel and ensure customer satisfaction
** Writing the work schedule of reception and accommodation employees and controlling attendance
** Constantly introducing service standards to reception and accommodation employees, training and subsequent monitoring,
** Properly manage hangars and perform end-of-shift fleet inspections.
** Perform other administrative tasks and implement changes to ensure smooth operation of the Receiving
Identifies the developmental needs of staff, coaching, mentoring, or otherwise helping them to improve their knowledge or skills.
** Improves service by communicating and assisting individuals to understand guest needs, providing guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when needed.
Requirements and skills:
** Previous experience of minimum 2 years.
** Good knowledge of Georgian, English and Russian languages. Knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
** Expertise in Opera cloud and Microsoft Office Suite.
** Excellent organizational skills and flexibility.
** Attention to the details and exceptional organizational skills.
** Strong team player and positive attitude.
** Essential to be flexible with working hours.
