We are looking for a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to lead brand activations, PR campaigns, and marketing initiatives across our diverse portfolio of restaurants and hospitality brands.

Key Responsibilities:

** Marketing & PR Campaigns - Plan and execute integrated marketing strategies with a strong commercial focus to drive brand awareness and revenue.
** Brand Activations & Restaurant Openings - Lead company-wide activations, new restaurant launches, and rebranding projects, ensuring impactful market entry.
** Brand Development & Positioning - Maintain strong, cohesive brand identities across all venues and brands, overseeing creative direction, messaging, and storytelling.
** Collaborations & Partnerships - Develop and manage brand collaborations, chef takeovers, influencer partnerships, and industry alliances to strengthen brand presence.
** Creative Oversight - Manage graphic designers, content creators, and contractors to produce high-quality brand assets (menus, visuals, digital materials, packaging, etc.).
** Strategic Planning & Execution - Align marketing efforts with business objectives, ensuring data-driven decision-making and measurable ROI.
** Digital & Social Media Strategy - Oversee content creation, campaigns, and engagement across digital platforms to drive customer loyalty and community engagement.

What We`re Looking For:

** 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or hospitality marketing.
** Strong commercial acumen with a results-driven approach to marketing.
** Proven ability to manage multiple brand activations, collaborations, and large-scale PR campaigns.
** Experience leading creative teams, graphic designers, and external contractors.
** Excellent project management skills with the ability to execute complex marketing strategies across multiple brands.
** Strong understanding of hospitality, food & beverage trends, and guest experience marketing.
** A proactive and creative mindset with out-of-the-box thinking for brand positioning.
