We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Assistant to join Team and support recruitment and onboarding activities across the business.

Why We Need You

As a Talent Acquisition Operations Assistant at Pulse Point, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless recruitment and onboarding process through data management, administrative coordination, and active involvement in candidate sourcing across various social and professional networks. You will also support the scheduling of interviews and provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Talent Acquisition team.

Additionally, you will assist new hires during their onboarding journey by coordinating email account creation, arranging technical equipment, and ensuring all tools are in place for a smooth start. This is a fixed-term position through the end of December 2025, offering a valuable opportunity to contribute to high-impact HR operations within a dynamic and growing team.

What You`ll Be Doing

** Collect, organize, and maintain candidate and employee data in internal systems.
** Prepare employment contracts, onboarding documentation, and manage compliance requirements.
** Post job advertisements across multiple platforms and social media channels.
** Perform initial resume screenings, classify candidates based on hiring requirements, and maintain accurate database records.
** Source candidates actively use LinkedIn Advanced Search, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing methods.
** Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication with the Talent Acquisition Specialists.
** Assist new hires by coordinating email account setups, ensuring technical equipment (laptops, monitors, software access) is arranged in cooperation with IT and Administration teams.
** Act as the first point of contact for new hires during their initial days, supporting technical and administrative onboarding needs.
** Maintain and update recruitment trackers, sourcing reports, and onboarding records.
** Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.

What You Bring to the Team

** 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in HR, Talent Acquisition, or a related field.
** Basic understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes.
** Familiarity with tech and IT role differences, technologies, and sourcing techniques.
** Basic experience with Boolean search and LinkedIn Advanced Search is a strong plus.
** High attention to detail, strong organizational and data management skills.
** Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
** Strong written and verbal communication skills.
** Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with ATS is a plus.
** Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
** Fluent English — both written and verbal.
