The core line of the business is game and supportive software development for iGaming operators. The team of more than 120 employees carries out a complete game development cycle and distributes products worldwide.
Cash Flow Planning and Analysis Manager.
Responsibilities:
** Develop short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts to project future cash inflows and outflows.
** Regularly update forecasts to reflect changes.
** Collaborate with departments such as sales, procurement, Exhibition Managers, Administration to gather data for accurate forecasting.
** Calculate and monitor the cash conversion cycle, including days sales outstanding (DSO) and days payable outstanding (DPO).
** Continuously monitor actual cash flows against forecasts and budgets collaborating with Financial Reporting and Analysis Team.
** Analyze variances and identify reasons for discrepancies between projected and actual cash flows.
** Create new accounts in banks and similar financial institutions.
** Develop contingency plans for various cash flow scenarios, including downturns, stress levels, and unexpected events.
** Identify opportunities to leverage financial technology (FinTech) solutions for cash flow management.
** Engage in other supporting tasks related to incoming / outgoing cash operations planning and proper execution.
Qualifications:
** Proficiency in financial software and tools for cashflow forecasting and budgeting
** Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
** 2-3 years of experience in financial roles
** Effective problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address financial issues, recommend solutions, and drive process improvements
** Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
** Excellent verbal and written communications skills both Georgian and English
