We are looking for a Retail Marketing Manager with experience leading a team.

Key functions:
** Participation in the development of a strategy for the promotion of the company, products, services;
** Analysis of the market, competitors by secondary sources and determination of retail development directions;
** Assortment analysis and repositioning of the company;
** Analysis, tracking, forecasting of sales during the promotion (or their absence);
** Development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy for promotion in retail;
** Planning of promotional activities, conducting, monitoring and analysis of effectiveness;
** Building the effective work of the marketing department;
** Comprehensive promotion of the loyalty program;
** Formation of a strategy for the value of APR and its implementation;
** Development of a strategy to attract traffic to stores, increase the check and its depth;
** Planning a co-marketing strategy and interaction with large brands, conducting, monitoring and analyzing effectiveness.
Qualification and skills:
** At least 5 years of experience in marketing;
** At least 3 years of experience in the field of management;
** Strategic and analytical skills - the ability to build a strategy, implement new tools, collect and analyze data;
** Knowledge of the business and advertising market;
** Presentation, negotiation and argumentation skills;
** Higher education.
