Position: Senior Lawyer
Location: Tbilisi, Adam Mitskevich St. 27b, 5th floor, office 37
We are looking for a candidate skilled in:
** Legal support of Starting a business in Georgia
** Services of the management company
** Tax consulting
** Support in obtaining a residence permit
** Consulting on labor law, including obtaining a work permit
** M&A and investments Deals
** Intellectual property
** Personal Data protection
** IT agreements
** Real estate deals and management
What we expect from candidate:
** Fluency in Georgian, English B2, conversational Russian
** Bachelor`s/Master`s degree at Law
** Minimum 4 years of experience in legal consulting field
** Attention to details and ability to meet deadlines
** Willingness to meet high standards of client service
