Location: Tbilisi, Georgia
Job description: Work to perform includes but is not limited to:
Requirements:
** At least 3-5 years of experience in the field of tax accounting and bookkeeping
** Higher education (degree preferably in economics, finance, accounting, mathematics);
** Knowledge of accounting and taxation
** Strong research and analytical skills
** Fluent in English, Georgian;
** Strong interpersonal skills
** Driven, ambitious, friendly, confident, attentive
** Ready to take on responsibility
Responsibilities:
** Working in a team-based environment to perform tax-related tasks including tax compliance and advisory services to clients;
** Checking client tax returns for accuracy
** Conducting a review of tax liabilities of KPMG clients and identifying potential tax risks and savings;
** Preparing client deliverables, including written advice and reports, tax calculations
** Preparing draft tax returns, including but not limited to CIT, PT, VAT tax returns;
** Preparing payroll and payroll-related tax calculations
** Closely monitoring the client - tax authority relationship;
** Organizing client files
** Tutoring junior staff and supervising quality and deadlines of deliverables to clients
