ARENSIA Exploratory Medicine site of international company in the field of clinical research with headquarters in Germany offers the position of Assistant Financial Manager.
Responsibilities:
** Monthly Invoicing of fixed costs, Pass Through Costs (PTC) and Third-Party Costs (TPC);
** Create contracts and Work Orders with PIs and collaborating physicians and pay compensations based on bias;
** Make daily payable transactions, preparing deposit slips when needed and maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of each day`s transaction;
** Handle all payroll information like labour contracts, business trip authorisation forms.
** Controlling of internal staff`s working hours tracking information and providing to MoH and tax authorities according to regulations;
** Implementing of bank transfers;
** Subject compensations;
** All other type of reimbursements;
** Handle all information and mandatory documentation of internal staff`s maternity leaves and providing accurate documentations to MoH;
** Providing entries in PO;
** Must ensuring accuracy of each bill and proper classification and allocate them to the projects and office running:
** Assist Chief accountant to prepare monthly tax and VAT Declaratios;
** Comparing Accounting vc PO on monthly basis;
** Assist in all areas of operation as requested by Regional Financial Manager;
** Assist financial Manager on working in SAP.
Requirements:
** High education;
** Proficiency in English to the level of Advanced in speaking and writing;
** Experience in the field of accounting will be considered an advantage;
** Work experience in SAP preferred.
