We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Analytics and Campaigns team to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of mobility in Georgia, fueling growth, optimizing operations and improving current analytical processes. The data analyst will be in charge of driving impactful decisions and leading the way in data-driven innovation. About the role:
In the Analytics and Campaign team you`re not just crunching numbers—you`re fueling growth, optimizing operations, and guaranteeing top-notch service for our drivers & riders through actionable insights. In this role, you will work with big volumes of data and make decisions regarding campaigns implementation in Tbilisi, Batumi, Kutaisi and other cities for riders and drivers. Additionally, you will play a key role in improving current analytics processes, frameworks and infrastructure collaborating with other departments.
Salary: 2420 GEL Gross + Bi-annual bonuses
Your daily adventures will include:
** Conduct data analysis to support campaign strategies and business analytics, implement campaigns and conduct A/B testing
** Customer support assistance in terms of campaigns setup
** Support other departments in terms of the process automatisation
** Utilize Python and its libraries, including Selenium and Pandas, for data collection, manipulation, and analysis
** Develop and maintain data models and reports to track key metrics and performance indicators
** Implement data quality assurance practices to ensure accuracy and reliability of analysis
** Visualise and share your findings in Looker
** Automate data flows and craft cutting-edge analytical reports
About you:
** BCs/MSc degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics or another technical or business field
** Advanced analytical skills with experience collecting, organizing, analyzing big volumes of data
** 1+ years of experience in a data analyst role
** Proficiency in Python for data analysis
** Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau etc.)
** Experience in different statistical methods for predictive modeling, framing hypothesis, experimentation principles/AB testing to forecast & communicate results for core business and product KPI`s
** Verbal and written proficiency in Georgian and English
** Excellent prioritization and communication skills. Ability to tailor communication across audiences, clearly conveying concepts and insights throughout data story-telling
** Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and understandable manner
** Strong critical thinking and orientation on problem solving
** Accuracy and attention to detail
