British-Georgian Academy is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Lions Academy Administrator.

Lions Academy

Lions Academy is a diverse umbrella organization that includes Sports, STEM, Drama, and Performing Arts clubs. Our core mission is to offer children an engaging range of activities and foster their skills in various fields.

Key Responsibilities:

Communication with Parents:

** Act as the primary point of contact for parents of club members, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
** Maintain regular communication channels, including emails, newsletters, and meetings, to keep parents informed about club activities and updates.

Creation and Management of Lions Academy Calendar:

** Develop and maintain a comprehensive calendar that includes all sports club events, practices, matches, competitions and other events, and important dates.
** Develop and manage the timetable for the Academy activities and staffing thereoff.
** Coordinate with school administrators and other relevant parties to avoid scheduling conflicts.

Staff Recruitment:

** Participate in the recruitment process for new club staff members, including coaches, assistants, and support personnel.
** Assist in onboarding of new staff, ensuring they meet the club`s standards and values.

Management and Ordering of Academy Resources:

** Oversee the inventory and ordering of sports equipment, uniforms, and other necessary resources.
** Manage the allocation of resources to various teams and activities within the club.
** Manage the inventory to ensure effective and safe use and maintenance of equipment and resources.

Collaboration with School Staff: Work closely with staff from the school, to ensure efficient use of school facilities and coordinate activities involving school children.

Organization and Monitoring of Transportation:

** Plan and coordinate transportation for club members to and from events, practices, and matches.
** Monitor transportation schedules and make adjustments as needed to ensure punctuality and safety.

Preparation of Operational Documents and Monitoring:

** Develop and maintain operational documents, including club contracts, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
** Regularly review and update these documents to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Collaboration with Financial Department:

** Work closely with the financial department to manage club finances, including membership fees, expenses, and payments to staff and suppliers.
** Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the sports club`s activities.
** Safeguarding
** Maintain and safeguard the health and safety of Academy students and participants.

Person Specification:

** Experience in project management would be an advantage;
** Proficiency in English;
** Confident communication and interpersonal skills;
** Flexible and able to adapt to changing demands;
** Able to use own initiative;
** Able to relate well to children and adults;
** An understanding of child protection.
