1. Job Description: Intern

Location: Tbilisi, Georgia

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Intern with a strong interest in corporate and technology-related transactions. This position offers hands-on experience in assisting with complex deals, contracts, and cross-border matters in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

** Conduct legal research;
** Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing transactional and corporate documents.
** Support associates and partners in client-related matters.
** Assist in administrative tasks related to deal management and client communication.

Key Requirements:

** Law student or recent graduate with a demonstrated interest in transactional law.
** Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
** Strong analytical and research skills.
** Attention to detail and organizational skills.
** Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

2. Job Description: Paralegal

Location: Tbilisi, Georgia

Key Responsibilities:

** Support in drafting, reviewing, and managing transactional documents.
** Assist in conducting corporate due diligence and preparing related reports.
** Conduct research on corporate, commercial, and technology law issues.
** Liaise with clients, government bodies, and internal teams to support deal execution.
** Coordinate with clients, government bodies, and internal teams.

Key Requirements:

** Bachelor`s degree in Law (or final-year law student).
** Excellent English language skills.
** Strong organizational and communication skills.
** High attention to detail and accuracy.
** Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
** Prior experience as a legal assistant or paralegal is an advantage.
