We are seeking a motivated and experienced full-stack developer (Python / React + Next.js) to join our team. You will contribute to the development of secure, scalable, and innovative systems using modern technologies.
Key Requirements:
** Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end web applications using Python frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, or Django
** Build performant and maintainable UI and Server Components using React 18 and Next.js 14, leveraging shadcn/ui and Tailwind CSS
** Design, document, and monitor RESTful APIs for scalable service communication
** Perform data modeling and build efficient queries in PostgreSQL (schema/index design, query optimization) and Elasticsearch (DSL queries, aggregations tuning)
** Implement and manage state using Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Signals, and contribute to reusable component libraries
** Manage containerized deployments with Docker (multi-stage builds, Compose, image hardening, private registries)
** Automate operations and development workflows using Bash or Python scripts
** Write clear and concise technical documentation and correspondence in English
Qualifications / Experience / Skills:
** 2+ years of hands-on experience developing production-grade web applications using Python (Flask, FastAPI, or Django)
** Proficiency with React 18+ and Next.js 14, including SSR/SSG, App Router, and Server Actions
** Solid experience with UI libraries such as shadcn/ui and Tailwind CSS, including support for design systems and modular component architecture
** Strong command of TypeScript, with knowledge of strict mode, generics, and utility types
** Deep understanding of Git workflows, including branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews
** Advanced Docker skills: multi-stage builds, Docker Compose orchestration, image hardening, and private registry management
** Proficiency in Bash and Python scripting for automation tasks
** Demonstrated analytical thinking and independent problem-solving abilities
Certifications (Preferred but Not Required):
** PCAP - Certified Associate in Python Programming (Python Institute)
** PCEP - Certified Entry-Level Python Programmer (Python Institute)
** Meta Front-End Developer Certificate - Specialization in React
** Docker Certified Associate - Docker containerization and orchestration
** Elastic Certified Engineer - Elasticsearch and Elastic Stack expertise
