Job: full-time (day off: Sunday)

Necessary requirements:

** Higher education
** Fluency in English language (verbal and written)
** Knowledge of Russian on a communication level
** Good knowledge of MS Office programs
** Knowledge of automobile market and specificity
** Good knowledge of general automobile equipment
** At least 5 years experience of working as After Sale Manager in automobile sphere, between them at least 2 years of experience in the leadership position
** Driving license
** Sex: male
** Age: from 30.

Primary functions and duties:

** Communicate and monitor departmental performance targets on a short, medium and long-term basis;
** Maximise profitability of departmental contribution through effective financial management processes in all key areas of control;
** Ensure a constant, and consistent, focus on operational efficiency, reviewing key measures such as efficiency, utilisation and productivity;
** Actively plan and maximise the efficient work flow within the Department;
** Review and analyse departmental performance, ensuring plans in place to address identified areas of shortfall;
** Actively seek out potential sources of business, maximising all opportunities to effectively prospect to both current and targeted customers;
** Plan training and development outcomes for team members in line with departmental goals and strategic objectives for the Retailer, paying particular focus to ensuring an appropriate level of technical expertise;
** Demonstrate positive leadership to the Service team, engaging team members with regards to strategies, plans and progress towards key performance indicators;
** Seek to work in a collaborative manner across the Retailer, in line with common goals and aims;
** Establish and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders within the Manufacturer, Franchise and external contacts as appropriate;
** Actively manage potential areas of customer conflict in order to resolve issues with a positive outcome;
** Develop and implement reward and recognition processes to effectively identify areas of strong performance and encourage the sharing of best practice;
** Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, process and regulatory requirements, paying active attention to Health and Safety requirements for the Department;
** Actively seek out innovation and improvement, through active engagement of the Service and Parts teams, in addition to benchmarking both internally and externally for continuous improvement;
** Demonstrate an effective understanding of competitor activity within market area;
** Lead by example, act as a role model for others within the Retailer, demonstrating ethical and professional behaviour.

Salary: The position belongs to the top management category and salary will be agreed individually.
