We are currently looking for Junior Associate in our Financial Division. Our ideal candidate would be extremely motivated to learn, develop and become a permanent member of Savvy Consulting Team. Someone, who wants to be a change agent both in Georgia and globally, as we are planning to expand to Other Geographical Markets.

Candidate will:

** Participate in International Financial Reporting Standards implementation in various companies
** Prepare small and mid-size business plans and feasibility studies
** Organize and execute assigned tasks in relation to business projects on behalf of clients (such as: financial model creation and analysis, competitor and market research, etc.)
** Organize and conduct various types of research using following techniques: shadowing, focus groups, interviews, surveys, reading reports etc.
** Analyze and interpret data to identify problems and weaknesses, and analyze the causes
** Negotiations with local commercial banks in relation to client`s projects
** Other responsibilities which may be necessary to accomplish the above mentioned tasks

Minimum application requirements:

** Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration
** At least 3.0 annual GPA (please indicate your GPA in the CV)
** At least 12-month work experience preferably in Financial Sector or Audit
** Basic understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
** Upper intermediate level for English language, knowledge of additional languages will be plus
** Excellent Excel and Power Point skills
** Excellent communication skills
** Team management experience

Place: Tbilisi, Georgia
Working Days: Monday-Friday, full time
Probationary period: 3 months
