Rooms Hotel Kazbegi is looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Support at Human Resource Department.

Title: HR Support
Department: Human Resource
Reports to: Human Resource Director / Deputy Human Resource Director / Human Resource Coordinator

Position scope:

Assist the Human Resource Director / Deputy Human Resource Director in completing the periodical duties, providing a comprehensive administrative support to day-to-day operations of HR Department. Dealing with all paper work, data base systems and reports related to Human Resources.

Knowledge, skills, abilities:

** Bachelor’s student in Social Sciences or any other related field;
** Experience in Marketing related field is considered as a plus;
** Fluent English is required, additional languages are considered as a plus;
** High proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs and Windows XP;
** Effective oral and written communication skills;
** Skills in database management and record keeping;
** Ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality;
** Excellent organizational skills;
** Time Management Skills;
** Social Behavior qualifications;
** Ability to gather and analyze information skillfully.

Duties and responsibilities:

** Conduct the daily office work;
** Assist the Human Resource Director / Deputy Human Resource Director in completing the periodical duties;
** Screen job applicants to obtain information such as education and work experience;
** Arranging job interviews;
** Request references from present or past employers of applicants;
** Providing general administrative support such as forms and reports;
** Creating personal files;
** Handling all paper work related to HR Department;
** Tracking and creating employee data base;
** Tracking deadlines;
** Maintaining personnel, employees, recruitment relations records, files, correspondence, reports and organization charts.

General: Hotel`s Fire, Health and Safety Procedures.
