Reports to: Front Office Manager

Position scope:

Reporting to Front Office Manager you will welcome and escort guests to and from their rooms, assisting with luggage, giving information about the hotel and wishing visitors a pleasant stay.

Main responsibilities:

** Assisting customers to their rooms, carrying their luggage, opening rooms and giving visitors information about the hotel rules, showing them how to use hotel facilities, room features such as TV, Radio and Bath;
** Courteously greeting visitors and providing them high quality service;
** Possessing knowledge about the hotel and explaining hotel`s services to guests;
** Conveying messages to customers;
** Carrying customer luggage to the luggage room on the departure day and wishing the guest a pleasant journey;
** Control the return of the room keys back to the reception;
** Keeping the entrances clean and organised for guests’ entrance and exit;
** Maintenance of the luggage room;
** Providing guests with parking directions when necessary;
** Maintaining a positive expression with a smile.

Knowledge, skills and abilities:

** Fluent English and Russian is a must, additional languages are considered as an advantage;
** Good communication skills;
** Good verbal communication and behaviour;
** Strong sense of responsibility;
** Respectful and helpful toward colleagues;
** Accepting Hotel’s established principles and rules;
** Ability to work in a team;
** Presentable and positive appearance;
** Attentive to details;
