JSC Isbank Georgia is looking for an IT Help Desk Technician who has experience in Windows Administration. The candidate should have self motivation for further growth and take System Administrator role in a couple of years.

Specific duties may include, but are not limited to:

** Coordinate with Headquarter`s Network Administration, Security and Help Desk teams to solve day to day problems of bank employees.
** Create, change, and delete user accounts, roles and permissions for Operating Systems as well as Applications.
** Keep inventory of IT office devices and peripherals and arrange logistics.
** On-site technical support for POS terminals ( not more than 1 day in a week ).
** Manage the physical environment of the server racks including cable management. documentation, labeling, and configuration of KVM switches for console and remote access.

The role will require to take responsibility for

** Design, setup, maintain and support a brand new hybrid ( cloud + onsite) system infrastructure and migrate the applications.
** Manage Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Windows Servers.
** Windows clustering, domain controller setup, and group policy setup.
** Perform and test routine system backups and restores.
** Ensure the security of the server infrastructure by implementing industry best-practices regarding privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
** Deploy workstations, servers, printers, scanners, firewalls, encryption systems, and appliances security systems.
** Develop and maintain documentation in knowledge base about current environment setup, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
** Manage vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure software products and services.

Requirements:

** Minimum 2 years experience on a technical position.
** Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering preferred or equivalent relevant work experience and/or hardware/software certification(s).
** Thorough understanding of Microsoft applications/infrastructure.
** Ability to communicate effectively with remote IT staff and clients.-
** Knowledge of Turkish language is a must.
