Archi Group - Development & Construction Company is announcing an opening for the position of Sales Manager.

Duties:

** Obtaining client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information
** Providing information to potential clients , help them in choosing an apartment
** Meetings with clients both in the office as well as on the construction
** Answering competently for clients messages via e-mail/social network and etc.
** Maintaining and increasing sales of your company`s products
** Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
** Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
** Servicing the needs of your existing customers
** Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
** Developing sales strategies and setting targets
** Compiling and analyzing sales figures
** Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
** Reporting to senior managers
** Keeping up to date with products and competitors

Qualifications:

** Higher education
** One or more years` experience in real estate field
** Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, etc.)
** Knowledge of relevant programs
** Knowledge of English and Russian fluently is a must
** Presentation skills
** Excellent sales and negotiation skills
** Good business sense
** Initiative and enthusiasm
** Excellent communication and `people skills`
** Good planning and organizational skills
** The ability to work calmly under pressure
