Anaklia Development Consortium LLC (ADC) announces an opening for the position of a Deputy CFO.

ADC has been selected by the Government of Georgia as a winner of an international tender to develop, construct and operate a deep sea port in Anaklia, Georgia. Parties have signed the Investment Agreement relating to the build, operation and transfer of the Anaklia Deep Water Black Sea Port (Investment Agreement). ADC has launched development of the Anaklia Port project and is now looking for an experienced Deputy CFO to undertake all aspects of financial management, with a specific focus on including fundraising, corporate finance, relationship with the lenders and equity investors.

Deputy CFO will be involved in the due diligence process with the potential lenders of the project and will play the key role in preparation of the business case, information memorandums, respective presentations, financial modeling. Other responsibilities include day to day tasks performed by the finance function. Reports to CFO.

Duties and Responsibilities:

** Coordination and cooperation with the government, investment bankers, consultants, potential lenders, investors, insurance companies and other key stakeholders
** Coordination with key internal stakeholder
** Preparation and updated of the internal financial model, data room, presentations, information memorandums and other key documents
** Interaction with the relevant stakeholders to collect necessary data/information
** Develop and document business processes to maintain and strengthen internal controls
** Management of internal projects within the company
** Any other relevant task required time to time within financial department

Required Skills, Experience, Qualifications and Competencies:

** Higher Education, major in Finance/Accounting/Economics. International MBA is a plus
** Minimum 7 years of overall combined accounting and finance working experience in the financial service industry with significant managerial experience
** Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian
** Attention to detail with a commitment to high quality and accuracy
** Experience with financial modeling
** Excellent leadership skills
** Excellent communication skills
** Proficient in the use of MS Office
** An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers and problem-solving
** Hard working, good team player with strong interpersonal skills
** Ability to handle pressure and work to challenging deadlines
** Good organizational and multi-tasking skills
** Ability to operate effectively in a multicultural environment
** Self-motivated, responsible, able to keep information confidential and secure
