What? Where? When? - a popular TV show for intellectuals - held its super finals on January 2, 2009. One of the eleven questions asked during the show featured

The question read as follows:

A large company operating in Georgia attempted to restrict its employees' access to non-job related websites. The company's IT department basically blocked access to a number of popular websites including Facebook, Odnoklassniki, Youtube, etc. After a week, the company's management analyzed the employees' activity on the Web and immediately removed the restrictions. It turned out that during the week when the restrictions were in effect, 3/4 of the Web traffic was directed to one website. Which was this website?
