** Recruiting, training and supervising staff
** Ensure all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to according to sanitary regulations
** Work closely with management to meet revenue objectives
** Implement appropriate strategies to resolve adverse trends and improve sales
** Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
** Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
** Organize and supervise shifts
** Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
** Recommend ways to reach a broader audience
** 2+ years` experience in the restaurant industry
** Excellent interpersonal communication skills
** Exceptional organization and leadership skills
** Proven customer service experience as a manager
** Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers
** Familiarity with restaurant management software
** Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
** Financial management skills
** BSc degree in Business Administration; hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus
