Rompetrol Georgia is pleased to announce a vacancy for the position of Junior contract management specialist.
Duty Station: Tbilisi
Working Time: Monday-Friday from 9:00 till 18:00
Contract Type: Fixed term contract with 3 months of probation period
Main duties:
** Updating the draft contracts used in the relationship with its customers according to the applicable trade policy;
** Receiving the documents signed by the sales force specific to each sales channel;
** Verifying the documents signed versus their agreed standard versions;
** Verifying the documents signed versus any approvals and precise waivers validated by the management;
** Initializing customers and their extension in the corresponding sales areas;
** Initializing the contracts specific to each sales channel;
** Updating the data for the managed customers;
** Actively participates in the development of any solutions for the improvement of the commercial process
Requirements for the position:
** Intermediate user of MS Office.
** Intermediate knowledge of English and Russian.
** Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
** Excellent verbal and written communication skills
