On the position of a Customer Support Specialist in our organization, you will be expected to ensure a smooth and efficient communication process, making sure customers receive timely and professional customer service support and care. The role of the position is vital for the overall sales and customer care processes, as it is the one that handles inquiries, issues, or escalation, and also acts as a first contact point with new potential customers upon request.
** To handle the communication process with the end-users of our clients via different channels: phone calls, e-mail communication, real time communication via live chant platforms (inbound and outbound);
** To provide a topclass customer care and support to customers regarding our clients` platforms;
** To handle customers` requests and inquiries and respond in a timely and professional manner;
** To always strive to provide an outstanding customer support service while keeping a high level of quality assistance;
** To work in a close collaboration and partnership with other business support units such as: Sales, Compliance and Risk departments;
** To work in compliance with all internal rules, standards, processes and regulations;
** To provide the Team Leader and the Manager of the department with regular reports on the activity.
What do you need to be successful and join our team of winners?
** Excellent command of English - both written and spoken;
** At least 1 year of a previous professional experience in a call center environment;
** Ability to work on flexible shift coverage, including night shifts;
** Great communication and interaction skills and competences, and always approaching cases being driven by empathy and willingness to help and support others;
** А highly organized individual, able to prioritize and multitask, with a careful eye for detail;
** Result oriented - working hard towards reaching individual and team targets;
** A team player able to work under stress and within tight deadlines;
