To support further business development Danone Georgia is now looking for a Trade Marketing Manager, based in Tbilisi, Georgia.

Job Requirements:

** Minimum 3 years marketing management experience, ideally in a multinational FMCG company as Trade Marketing Specialist or JBM or BM
** Ability to take responsibility for important brands
** Business acumen (finance, sales etc.)
** Marketing concepts & practices in brand management
** An open-minded, highly-organized, flexible, creative, confident team player with effective time-management, analytical & strategic-thinking skills
** Self-driven, able to operate effectively in the context of a high pace working environment, with significant autonomy
** Business oriented, yet able to follow the discipline of correct process and methods in the face of day-to-day urgencies
** Highly effective in working with others, both inside and outside the organization
** Activity launch planning skills
** Able to manage effectively marketing budget
** University Degree, preferably in economics or business administration,
** Strong PC skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
** Fluency in English and Russian, both written and spoken.

The Role:

** Provide marketing assistance to sales team through answering clients and product inquiries
** Head responsibility to manage and monitor Trade Marketing Investments as well as initiate execution
** Prepare trade promotion plans with main customers
** Coordinate communication of price, product and pack changes
** Develop, supervise and improve procedures to link entire marketing activities with sales team activities
** Coordinates activities associated to organization participation at tradeshows or events

Besides, TMS will be planning and executing all BTL activities of his/her brand, which will be one of the vital part of his/her responsibilities. Moreover, strategic thinking has to be one of the key competencies of Brand Manager. The following are the spheres of activity assigned to appropriate brand that JBM will be responsible for:

** Strategic Management of Brand including local brand positioning via consumer studies
** Leading accuracy of Marketing Reporting
** Budgeting
** Financial Follow Up of the Brand Advertising (Media & Promotion)
