Aviator Casino is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Casino Receptionist.

Department: Front Office
Reports to: Front Office Supervisor/Front Office Manager

Position scope: The Receptionist is responsible for overseeing administrative functions including managing the front desk, general management of the office, problem resolution, customer service and maintaining a safe work environment. Must represent and display a high level of dependability, maturity, confidentiality, and courtesy. Acts as the first point of contact with our customers/employees/vendors at the office entrance and on the telephone. He/She attends to visitors and answers telephone inquiries in a courteous, helpful manner.

Knowledge, skills and abilities:

** Fluent English, Russian and any additional languages considered as a plus
** Professional speech and behavior
** Rich general knowledge
** Complying with administrative principles and views
** Respectful and helpful towards colleagues
** Attentive enough to control several tasks simultaneously

** High level of energy, positive attitude a must

Duties:

** Executing departmental tasks within the framework of orders given by the supervisor
** Greeting the customer, managing registration procedures
** Registering all information filled out by the guests on the registration cards into the computer
** Informing guests about all casino services
** Maintaining the office condition and arranging for necessary repairs
** Organizing office operations and procedures
** Coordinating with IT department on facilities needs/issues
** Overseeing the showroom and reception area; making sure they are always prepared for visitors/customers
** Processes mail and distributes to the proper parties
** Providing general support to visitors
** Managing entry/exit of all visitors and staff and maintaining a log of all visitors
** Maintaining an organized desk with special attention to areas that protect confidential company and employee information.
