With the support of United States Agency for International Development (USAID) project "Governing for Growth (G4G) in Georgia," New Vision University and Free Market Advocacy Organization (FreMa) announces call for the participants of the State Procurement Certification Program.

Description of the Program:

** The purpose of the Program is to establish the Public Procurement Manager profession.
** The Program is intended for people who work on state procurement matters, or who have the goal to engage in such activities in the future.

The Program consists of four modules:

** Law
** Finances
** Management
** Informational Technologies
** In addition, the Program includes leadership and communication trainings.
** The best participants willing to share their knowledge will be selected as trainers.
** The Program, in addition, includes both master classes and knowledge and experience exchanging activities between the individuals involved in the appropriate field (so-called networking activities).

Evaluation and certification:

** Each Program participant is evaluated by a 100-point system. From which, 30 points are for attendance, 30 points for performance of tasks (texts), and 40 points will be allocated to the final exam.
** Two types of certificates will be awarded at the end of the course:
** Certificate of successful completion of the program (in case of completion with 91-100 points);
** Participant`s Certificate (in case of completion with 70-90 points).

Requirements for participants:

** Any person, which meets the following necessary qualification requirements, is eligible to participate in the Program:
** Bachelor`s degree in Law, Business, Economics, Finances, Management; or
** A person with a Bachelor`s degree of other neighboring field of expertise, who can confirm at least two years of practical experience in the field of state procurement.
** Advantage will be given to the candidates that have verbal and written English skills.

Schedule:

The State Procurement Educational Program will last three months (not less than 80 academic hours) and will start in September 2018.
The course will take place three times a week, during non-working hours.

Selection:

Candidates will be selected based on submitted applications and CVs. Individual interviews may be assigned in certain cases. Interested persons should send CVs by email no later than 20 August, 2018, to the following address: spcp@newvision.ge

Participation in the Certification Program is free for selected candidates.
