Working hours: day shift

Main Responsibilities:

** Handle customer inquiries via Digital Service Channels: Call Center, Chat, Email, Social Media
** Provide customers with the data regarding new and existing services/campaigns:

1. Informative
2. Problem solving

** Register Customer problems and requests correctly and accurately
** Verify any kind of information related to subscribers
** Follow high security level of customer data confidentiality
** Follow company standards in customer service
** Proper knowledge of Company products/services/promotions/standards

Required Qualifications/ Skills:

** Excellent communication and writing skills in Georgian and Russian (English will be a plus)
** Multitasking
** Stress tolerance
** Adaptive to changes
** Quick Learner
