Job Description:

As a District Manager of Starbucks, you will enjoy the journey of developing extraordinary Store Managers, creating great customer experiences, impacting growth across Starbucks stores and being part of local communities. At Starbucks we are performance driven through the lens of humanity. You will direct a portfolio of stores by planning strategies and ensuring their consistent implementation. You are a leader of leaders, developing diverse teams that know their markets, communities and customers.

In particular, we need you to:

** Develop deep consumer understanding to shape strategy and drives long term sustainable profitability,
** Define, develop and implement a retail marketing strategy that delivers brand loyalty to support store launches, customer acquisition and retention in cooperation with third parties to follow brand merchandise & display policy,
** Lead the third party relations regarding taxation, customs regulations and such import issues, which will be major items of the position`s duties,
** Manage external relationships including law firms, accounting firms, various agencies and third party suppliers to ensure projects are delivered efficiently on time and to budget,
** Lead commercial and creative communications to grow customer satisfaction, brand recognition, revenue and cash flow,
** Ensure district compliance to all company policies, directives, and operational standards,
** Ensure customer service quality meets brand standards,
** Organize and control store team for sales targets and for their responsibilities,
** Personnel management, including preparing the annual vacation plan to ensure smooth operation during high seasons, promotion & marketing activities, conducting performance evaluations,
** Making regular visits to the stores and conducts monthly meeting with Store Managers.

Qualifications:

** Bachelor`s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or similar
** 7+ years of retail experience managing 2 or more stores, departments or units, P&L, inventory, operations and customer service
** 3+ years of management experience leading a team of 6 or more, including training and coaching, with strong leadership and communication skills
** Experience in a multi-unit environment, knowledge of retail or restaurant industry operations and financial reporting
** Fluency in written and spoken English and Georgian. Proficient Turkish will also be very beneficial
** Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills.

Requirements:

** Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in Georgia
** Ability to travel internationally and regionally
** Full time role
** Driving licence.
