British American Tobacco is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Marketing Skills Development Manager.

Job Purpose:

** Create and maintain a consumer-led learning & development environment within the marketing function shaped in CCA MSD Strategy that is aligned with end marketing strategy and the winning organization pillar.
** The job holder will identify needs, implement and facilitate learning solutions which will enable the marketing organization to develop and support continuously improving business performance. The job scope will range from meeting the learning needs of individuals (level) to developing a learning strategy supporting the Marketing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

** Identifies learning and development needs by using various diagnostic tools across the marketing function, promote and create targeted learning and development initiatives in a cost-effective way.
** Develop a training and development catalogue (self-study opportunities, conference, workshops inside-outside BAT) to ensure learning outputs are directly relevant to the Area and end markets organizational requirements
** Implement and facilitate development solutions, programmes via creating and managing a pool of competent facilitators/trainers across the Area to provide the opportunity for people and teams to learn and improve their performance, knowledge and skills.
** Assess and track the training and development programme outputs and trainers` quality to ensure training effectiveness and efficiency
** Ensure that end markets make the right budget allocation for marketing development initiatives and guarantee that resources are used in a focused and cost-efficient way.
** Identify and facilitate the development of competent internal trainers/facilitators to ensure the quality of internal training programs.
** Provide feedback on the effectiveness & efficiencies of development programs.
** Support HR function in the implementation and execution of talent and development processes (Marketing Recruiting efforts, talent reviews, leadership & culture initiatives) to ensure Marketing alignment with the winning organization pillar.
** Proactively build network with Area and End Market marketing teams both horizontal and vertical levels to ensure effective information flow and achieve goals of the MSDM job itself.
** Guarantee engagement with the Regional/Global MSDM community to share learning, benchmarking and alignment to regional/global development initiatives.
** Support marketing organization in change management processes, through the identification of potential risks in terms of people and structures, and develop action plans to minimize those risks.
** Identify new training & development methodologies to ensure an effective and efficient deployment of the new organizational model in the Area.


** Minimum two years experience in marketing skills development and learning in FMCG companies.
** Preferable Bachelor degree in Marketing, HR or Business Administration.
** Fluent spoken and written English and Russian.
