The Prodware Group (founded in 1989), is Microsoft`s leading partner in the EMEA-region. We serve 19.000 clients with 1300 employees located in 14 countries.

In complement of our Microsoft business application solutions, one of the main activities of the Prodware Group is the implementation of the Microsoft Cloud & Collaborative solutions. This is done by consultants at clients mainly in Western Europe (France, Spain, Germany, UK, Belgium, Netherlands, Israel, Morocco, Tunisia).

To support the businesses of our countries, we established Knowledge Center at our office in Tbilisi. Knowledge Center is a newly established entity within the Prodware Group, responsible for information & knowledge collection, processing and sharing across the all Prodware countries through various communication channels.

For this Knowledge Center organization, we are currently looking for a Knowledge Center Officer.

Job description:

You need to be able and highly motivated to learn all dimensions about the Microsoft solutions from a functional, technical and licensing perspective in a short period. The job encompasses both the Microsoft Cloud Azure platform, which provides various Cloud services as IaaS, PaaS and SaaS services but also the Microsoft Office 365 platform, which offers the leading collaboration tools like Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Skype, Teams, etc…

Responsibilities Knowledge Center officer:

** Collect, classify and promote information about Dynamics, O365, Azure and Corp. innovation solutions for PW countries using modern communication and collaboration tools;
** Distribute all relevant information about Microsoft and other partner`s events and news to Corp through official channels;
** Interact in English with local consultants, developers, platform and industry leads;
** Run specific meetings and workshops on a monthly and quarterly base to grow PW internal knowledge;
** Manage service requests from the all PW countries and respond on agreed time;
** Manage and improve official Corp collaboration and communication tools (e.g. changes, permissions);
** Contribute to build a quarterly newsletters;
** Support PW countries with organizational activities of Microsoft or other partner global or local events;
** Act as a team player and work closely with other departments of PW Group;
** Support and monitor certification of the organization (Partnership levels);
** Manage any mission that would increase efficiency of the PW organization.

Requested profile:

** University degree and ability to communicate in English at working level
** Strong skills or interest in Microsoft Business Solutions and preferably in the Microsoft Dynamics NAV
** Interested in and willing to service and help Prodware colleagues (giving training and support)
** At least 3 years of practical experience in IT industry or in a near domain
** Able and willing to travel to Western Europe

Needed personal competences:

** Disciplined to acquire and maintain knowledge either autonomously using Microsoft materials, either in contact with PW colleagues
** Curious towards new developments in the areas of IT like Dynamics 365, Digital
** Effective communicator: responsive, leadership & meeting management skill, good English oral & writing
** Comfortable with the MS tools: Office 365, Skype for Business, SharePoint, Yammer
** Result oriented
** An IT background is a plus
